The project is aiming at the target to assuring the fire resistance by improving its mechanical features and processability through adding some natural additive substances to the polymers within the polyolefin group. Thereby, the products, used within the building, such as pipes, additional parts, and profiles, which are being produced with polymers, with high fire resistance, would decrease the adverse effects to the lowest level, regarding life safety.
The reason why the project has been selected for the materials, within the polyolefin group, is that the products, made by these materials, are being widely used especially in the construction, packaging, and automotive sectors.
