Mounting

Smoothly cut the pipe in the vertical direction to the pipe axis at the required mounting length. Use only the special pipe shear for this.
Firstly, insert the fitting nut to the pipe body.
Expand the end of the pipe by using the bushing forming apparatus throughout the joint length of the pipe and the fitting.
Mount the PPSU fitting to the expanded pipe end
 
Align the nut to the fitting and tighten with the special PPSU spanner. In case it is necessary to loosen the nut, us e again the special PPSU wrench (there is a safety lock on the PPSU fitting).

By the use of a bender, you have the chance to easily give the bridge shape to the Tig pipe in a few steps at the mounting stage.
